Except as otherwise provided in USAWP’s Bylaws (Appendix A), all corporate powers of USAWP are exercised by or under the authority of its Board of Directors. USAWP’s Board of Directors represents the interests of the water polo community by providing USAWP with policy, guidance and strategic direction. The day to day business and affairs of USAWP are conducted by USAWP’s Chief Executive Officer, staff and volunteers, including the volunteers in each Zone.
USAWP has divided the United States into eleven (11) geographical zones, each of which is comprised of one or more states and counties. Each Zone serves the interests of USAWP’s members within that Zone. The business of each Zone shall be conducted by the Zone Chair under the supervision of the Zone Board.
